At Qwilr, we are reimagining documents - from ugly, static PDFs, to beautiful, design-perfect and interactive pages that leverage the power of the web to seamlessly incorporate payment, e-signature and much more. We've crafted a product that customers love - our NPS is consistently high and we have incredibly low churn. The next step is to have these beautiful, interactive documents created at scale through advanced integrations with CRM tools and a world-class API that puts the full power of Qwilr at our customers' fingertips. This is where we need you. We are on the cusp of the next stage in our growth journey and we want you to come and be part of it.

What you'll do...

• Develop an intimate understanding of customers and their needs, the market and our competitors
• Identify product gaps & opportunities, and work with Design & Engineering to validate and scope out solutions
• Work with your triad to develop a strong product roadmap that balances pragmatic & strategic trade-offs 
• 
  
• Define and track success metrics to measure the impact of product initiatives
• Proactively seek to resolve roadblocks & decisions to keep the team humming
• Contribute to the advancement of the product craft at Qwilr as one of our first Product Managers

Requirements

About you...

• You have 2+ years experience in Product Management
• You have a strong technical bent or experience working in more technical domains like API & Integrations
• You are passionate about product and adaptable to a new and complex problem space
• You can absorb various inputs and confidently rationalise and explain your position
• You can cut through the noise and bring clarity to a conversation
• You can plan and execute customer research, and synthesise qualitative & quantitative data to derive valuable insights
